กลับมาอีกครั้งของการติวหนังสือแบบเดิมๆ 555+

เท่าที่เราดูแล้วนะ เลขอ่ะ หาแบบฝึกหัดทำเยอะๆ

ส่วนไทยนี่ก็มีน่ากัวไม่กี่เรื่องเอง เดาเอาได้ง่ายๆ

เราก็เลยมาช่วยในภาษาอังกฤษฟัง-พูดดีกว่า จะได้มีคะแนนช่วยฉุดให้เกรดสูงขึ้น 555+

ว่ากันด้วยเรื่อง Fairy Tales

ทุกคนก็ได้เขียนessay(เรียงความน่ะ)ส่งMs.Irma ไปแล้วใช่ม้า งั้นก็คงจะรู้เรื่องกันพอสมควรแล้ว

แล้วมันก็แยกเป็น lesson ด้วยอ่ะ

ต่อกันที่ Elements สิ่งที่เป็น Fairy Tales ก็อย่างที่เพื่อนๆตอบคำถามใน Essay ไปแล้ว

ว่า Shrek เป็น Fairy Tales ตรงไหน

Fairy Tales จะต้องประกอบด้วย Hero, Heroine, Magical Creature, etc. ตามไอ้แผ่นตารางอ่ะ

และจะมี Morals ในทุกๆเรื่อง จะมีมากกว่า1ก็ได้

แล้วก็จะต้องเริ่มต้นด้วย Once upon a time และจบด้วย Happily ever after. มีแค่นี้แหละ

จากในชีทที่ว่า stereotype -- an oversimplified statement about a group of people or a place.

oversimplified หมายถึง make something too easy or simple

แปลได้ว่า การกล่าวถึงกลุ่มบุคคลหรือสถาณที่อย่างง่ายๆ (แปลได้ไม่ค่อยดีแฮะ)

เอาเป็นว่าดูตัวอย่างกัน

Blonde women - stupid นี่คือสิ่งที่ทุกคนสรุปเอาเอง

People with red hair -hot temper (อารมณ์ร้อน)

Thai food - spicy

The perfect man - dark, tall and handsome (ตอนนี้อาจต้องเพิ่มรวยเข้าไปด้วยนะ 555+)

อ่อ dark อ่ะ หมายถึงสีผมนะ ไม่ใช่สีผิว =w=

อื่นๆที่ Ms. Irma ยกตัวอย่างมาก็เช่น

Mater Dei girls - rich (= =" เราก็รู้ๆกันว่ามันไม่ใช่ทุกคนนา)

Models - tall, Wear glasses - smart / nerd

แต่ถ้าในหนังจะแปลว่า I love you

2 "As Prince, he had law of the land" คือจะทำอะไรก็ได้ตามใจตัวเอง

3 "I sware on the soul of my father" การสาบานโดนใช้ชื่อของคนที่ตัวเองรักเป็นเครื่องสัญญา

4 "I am no one to be trifled with" แนว Don't bother me อ่ะ คือ ฉันใม่ใช่คนที่นายอยากจะตอแยด้วยหรอกนะ

5 "I challenge you to a battle of wits... to the death" เชิญเข้าสู่เกมส์ที่ใช้สมอง ใครแพ้ก็ตาย

6 "I shall be very put out" ฉันจะเสียใจมาก ~ แนะว่า ดูไปพร้อมกับชีทจะดีมาก

7 " The pirate never takes prisoners" ไม่เคยปล่อยให้ใครรอดตาย ฆ่าทิ้งหมด

8 "Keep you on your toes" สิ่งที่ทำให้ตื่นตัว

9 "Keep your shirt on" ไม่จำเป็นต้องรีบ ใจเย็นๆ

10 " No one of consequence" คนที่คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องรู่ว่าคือใคร

comprehension คือ ความเข้าใจในเนื้อเรื่อง อันนี้อยู่ที่ว่าจำเนื้อเรื่องได้ขนาดไหนนะจ๊ะ

perfect world = Duloc ไอ้ลอร์ดพูดอ่ะ because he can not control them!

4 "She is a live wire... a loaded pistol" loaded pistol = ปืนใส่กระสุน = อันตรายมาก

Magic Miror : looks like nothing but when you touch it's alive! แนว เหมือนไม่มีอะไร

แต่พอเจอเข้าไปจริงๆก็ น่าตกใจ ทำนองน้านอ่ะ

5 "She likespina colada... and getting caught in the rain" pina colada = ค๊อกเทลสัปปะรด

Likes a party lady / Fun and easy going girl.

6 "Can't we settle this over a pint?" pint = 1/4 gallon ตอนที่ Shrek เข้าไปเจอการประลองพอดี

Let's not fight. Just sit down and talk about it over some beer.

7 "Savor themoment" = make the moment last long forever. อยากจะขอให้ช่วงเวลานี้อยู่อย่างนี้ตลอดไป

8 "Let's take it one step at a time" = Let's take it slowly

9 "Someone digs you" digs = has a crush on / like ; Someone likes you.

10 "You cut me deep" = You hurt my feeling

11 "We got off to a bad start" = I'm sorry about the way we first met, can we start over

12 "At least you're not ugly 24/7" 24/7 = 24 hours / 7days ; You're not ugly all the time.

Morals เรื่องนี้มี2อันคือ

1 Don't judge a book by it's cover.

2 True friend always stick together.

เมื่อ stereotype เปลี่ยไปอ่ะ สื่งที่ได้รู้ก็คือ

Hero & Heroine just need to be good and smart

Antagonist just need to be bad

Sidekick just need to be a true friend

ในนี้มันก็ไม่ได้มีทั้งหมดอ่านะ อ่านทวนๆไป

ส่วนเรื่องคำถามในชีท Shrek อ่ะ ถ้าอยากได้คำตอบก็บอกละกาน
